Do I need a customer account to order from Mister Curtain?

To place an order with Mister Curtain, you do not necessarily have to create an account. You can also place your order as a „guest".

You simply carry out the checkout process as a "guest" and enter your invoice address and possibly also a different delivery address as well as your form of payment for processing your order.

You can also open a customer account at a later point in time and use the associated benefits.

What are the benefits of a customer account?

With a customer account you have these benefits:

Overview of past and open orders 

Save favourite fabrics under favorites

Storing different delivery and invoice addresses 

No further data input for future purchases.
For your own safety we do not save your payment data.

How do I create an account?

There are two ways to create an account with Mister Curtain.

1. Direct opening

Click on "Login" in the upper right corner of the web site. This takes you directly to the new logon screen.

In the right part of the screen, select "New at Mister Curtain?" and fill in the login information. We need a username, your email address, and you need to create and confirm a password.

Click on "Register" to complete the registration process and you will receive a confirmation email.

2. During the guest order

You have the option to save your data for a later visit before you complete the order.

After you have entered your customer data and chosen the payment method, you will be taken to the summary of your order. Here you will find the box "Save data for my next visit (create customer account)" and complete the checkout.

You will then receive a confirmation email and your password.

I can't remember my password. What can I do?

If you have forgotten the password to your customer account, click on the link on the login page "Forgot your password?“ You must now enter your username or e-mail address and request a new password.

Afterwards you will receive an e-mail with a link to enter a new password.

Can I delete my account?

Of course it is possible to have your customer account deleted.

To delete your customer account, please send us an e-mail with the subject "Delete customer account Mister Curtain" to our e-mail address info@mistercurtain.com.

Invoice

When and how do I receive my invoice?

After the purchase, your invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you placed your order.

The invoice includes the stated VAT of 19%.

If you have any questions about the invoice, please contact us at info@mistercurtain.com.

Where do I find my invoice?

After the purchase, your invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you placed your order.

If your curtain is ready for shipping, your invoice will also be in the red envelope on the package.

I can't find my invoice anymore. What now?

If you can't find your invoice, please contact us at info@mistercurtain.com. We will be happy to send you a copy by e-mail.

Payment

What methods of payment are available at Mister Curtain?

You can choose between the following payment methods:

Wire transfer (payment in advance)

If you choose the payment in advance, you will receive a confirmation with the bank account by e-mail after finishing your order. Please check your spam box if you do not receive this email from Mister Curtain.


We will inform you by e-mail as soon as we receive your payment. The ordered items will then be delivered at the specified delivery time. Depending on the bank, it may take two to four working days for us to receive your payment.

DIRECTebanking (Klarna)

With the payment method DIRECTebanking we use the online payment system Klarna. You will be forwarded directly to Klarna via a secure and TÜV-approved connection (more information can be found here: https://www.klarna.com/). There, you can still conveniently set up a transfer for the respective amount during your order and pay easily, securely - with PIN and TAN - and quickly and directly with your online bank account.


As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be shipped to you within the specified delivery time.

Paypal

You will be automatically forwarded to your personal PayPal account and you will be able to confirm the payment of the total amount directly and your order will be completed.

Credit card

Pay conveniently and securely with your Mastercard or VISA credit card. In the next step, you will need to enter your credit card number and the expiry date and verification number of the card. Upon completion of the order, the total amount of the order will be debited from your credit card.

How safe is my payment?
